What each check tells you
Availability: whether your page responds successfully, checked every 5 minutes. A failure is re-checked and only confirmed after two failures in a row. It does not prove every page or checkout works.
SSL: certificate validity and expiry, with warnings at 30, 14 and 7 days.
Email & DNS (Plus and Business): MX records, SPF, DKIM (common selectors only), DMARC, mail-server blacklist status and domain expiry, checked daily.
Limits: checks run from one location, so a problem seen only from elsewhere may not appear. Email checks read public DNS records; they do not send test messages.
